1-Year Limited Warranty
Every machine comes with a full year of coverage — because we stand behind what we sell. If something major goes wrong in the first 12 months, we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means parts, repairs, or finding another solution that works for you. No fine print designed to trip you up, just a fair deal between people who want you running again fast.
Bottom line: If something major goes wrong that wasn’t your fault and wasn’t disclosed, we’ll work with you to make it right.
What We Check Before Selling
Every piece of equipment gets looked over before we sell it. We’re honest about what we find:
Engine starts and runs properly
Hydraulics work as expected
No major fluid leaks
Controls and safety features function
Overall mechanical condition assessed
If we find issues during inspection, we either fix them or disclose them upfront. We price equipment based on actual condition – no surprises.
Return Rights and Exceptions
If the delivered equipment does not match the description provided at the time of purchase or has significant defects that were not disclosed beforehand, you have the right to request a return. To allow us to review the matter promptly, please contact us within 30 business days of the delivery date.
Additionally, if the equipment is received in a condition that does not meet the quality standards advertised by our company, each case will be evaluated individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a comparable piece of equipment, subject to availability.
Return Shipping:
If the equipment is damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll cover return shipping. If you’re returning it because it’s not the right fit, return shipping is your responsibility.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our team by phone or email to report the issue.
- Provide complete and accurate information, including a detailed description of the issue and photo or video evidence when available, to support the evaluation process.
- Once the return request is approved, the equipment must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in the same condition in which it was received, without any modifications, signs of use, or additional damage.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is due to a confirmed defect or a material discrepancy from the original product description, Miller Brothers Farm will cover the return shipping costs.
